Maybe not, so this is where you have to take my word for it. Trust me. They are  crispy, spicy, and oh so yummy without much of oil. Somehow I never seem to make enough because they go too quickly. But beyond the deliciousness of these potatoes, I want to talk to you about how to make perfect Masala potato.


Large potato      2

Dry Red Chilli    2

Jeera                1tbsp

Ajwain               ½ tspn

Methi dana      ½ tspn

Phool chakri    1

Salt                   (according to taste)

Haldi                ½ tspn

Garam masala   1 tsp

Red chilli pwd   1 tsp

Sauf                 1 tbsp

Channa dal        1 tbsp

Curd                 2 tbsp

Fresh cream      4 tbsp

Chart masala    

Kasoori methi    2 tbsp

Sooji                ½ cup
