At Warmth of Palate, we are committed to providing the best possible experience for our students. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to address refund and cancellation requests with fairness and transparency. Please read our policy carefully to understand the terms associated with cancellations and refunds for our courses and services.


1. Course Cancellation by the Student

  • Custom Courses:

    • Cancellation requests made at least 7 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date.
  • Professional Courses:

    • Cancellation requests made at least 14 days prior to the course start date are eligible for a 75% refund of the course fee.
    • Cancellations made less than 14 days before the start date are eligible for a 25% refund only.
    • No refunds will be provided after the course begins.

2. Course Cancellation by Warmth of Palate

If a course is canceled by Warmth of Palate due to unforeseen circumstances, such as insufficient enrollment or emergencies:

  • Students will receive a full refund of the course fee.
  • Alternatively, students may opt to transfer to a different course or reschedule their enrollment.

3. Online Courses

  • Refunds for online courses are not available once the course materials have been accessed or downloaded.
  • Cancellations made prior to accessing the materials are eligible for a 50% refund of the course fee.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of approval.
  • Payments will be refunded to the original mode of payment used during the transaction.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Registration fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
  • Costs incurred for course materials, kits, or tools provided to the student are non-refundable.

6. Changes to the Policy

Warmth of Palate reserves the right to update or modify this refund and cancellation policy as needed. Any changes will be communicated through our website.
